Work From Home (WFH) Employment & Performance Policy

Scinext Group Skills & Technology Pvt. Ltd.

1. Policy Objective
This policy outlines the performance expectations, compensation structure, and disciplinary actions applicable to Work From Home (WFH) employees engaged in target-based roles at Scinext Group Skills & Technology Pvt. Ltd.

All WFH roles within the organization are strictly performance-driven and governed by measurable Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

2. Nature of Work From Home Roles
  • All WFH positions are 100% target-based profiles.

  • Compensation is linked directly to performance, productivity, and achievement of assigned targets.

  • The company does not guarantee fixed salary payouts for non-performance.

  • The principle applicable to such roles is:

    “No Performance – No Pay.”

3. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Each WFH employee will be assigned:
  • Daily targets

  • Weekly performance benchmarks

  • Monthly KPI goals

  • Attendance & login hour requirements

  • Response and reporting compliance standards

Employees must:

  • Maintain active communication during working hours

  • Submit daily performance reports

  • Attend mandatory review calls/meetings

  • Achieve minimum KPI thresholds as defined in their Offer Letter or Agreement

Failure to meet these standards will be treated as non-performance.

4. Compensation Policy
  • Salary is payable only upon achieving minimum required performance benchmarks.

  • If targets are not achieved, the company reserves the right to:

    • Withhold salary

    • Adjust compensation proportionately

    • Convert payout into incentive-only structure

  • If performance is zero or substantially below minimum threshold, no salary shall be payable for that cycle.

  • Offer letters issued do not override the performance-linked compensation structure.

  • Any payout is strictly subject to KPI validation and management approval.

5. Salary Hold & Review Rights
Scinext Group Skills & Technology Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to:
  • Place salary on hold pending performance review

  • Conduct performance audits

  • Seek clarification regarding productivity gaps

  • Reassess role continuation based on output

Salary release is subject to internal performance approval.

6. Non-Performance & Termination
The company may terminate WFH employment without further obligation in cases of:
  • Continuous target failure

  • Non-responsiveness during working hours

  • Failure to submit reports

  • Misrepresentation of work

  • Violation of company communication protocol

Termination in such cases may be immediate and without notice.

7. Full & Final Settlement (FNF)
Full & Final Settlement is applicable only for employees who:
  • Have completed assigned tasks

  • Have met minimum KPI standards

  • Have cleared all compliance requirements

  • Employees who fail to perform or abandon targets are not eligible for pending salary claims.

  • No payment shall be processed for:

    • Zero output

    • Fake reporting

    • Unauthorized absence

    • Repeated non-performance

8. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting the offer letter and joining the organization in a Work From Home capacity, the employee acknowledges:

  • The role is fully performance-based.

  • Compensation depends strictly on measurable results.

  • The company retains full authority to withhold salary for non-performance.

  • There is no entitlement to fixed salary without achieving defined KPIs.

9. Policy Amendment Rights

Scinext Group Skills & Technology Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to amend, modify, or update this policy at any time without prior notice, in alignment with business requirements.
